You are expected to work closely with a PhD student on practical elements of the project. This will include data collection (i.e., acquisition of images of walls suitable for computer vision-based damage recognition), image annotations and augmentations and application of object detection/image segmentation algorithms. You will maintain regular contact with the PhD student as well as with experienced senior researchers about the project’s direction and challenges you may encounter along the way.
