The primary language of the IT student division is Swedish, and as such the student division meeting and relevant documents will primarily be in Swedish as well. If you have any questions, feel free to send them to styrit@chalmers.it.
The student division meeting will be held on Friday the 3rd of May at 17:30 in HC4.
Depending on how long the meeting becomes we might decide to split the meeting in two by waiting with the propositions and motions until the 15th of May.
We will suggest to perform the elections before handling the motions and propositions. In the end it is up to the meeting whether to ajourn (split) the meeting or not.
As a division member, you can have free food during the meeting by signing up before April 28th. The signup form can be found here.
A draft of the agenda will be published on chalmers.it at the latest of five days before the meeting together with the meeting documents. Below are some meeting points that will surely occur during the meeting.
All committees!
We in MötespresidIT, as well as styrIT will try to be as pedagogical as possible about what is happening during the meeting. However there could be something we miss, and in the end it is the responsibility of each student division member to know how a meeting works.
Do you think something about the student division should change? Write a motion about it and present it at the meeting! Motions need to be sent to styrIT (styrit@chalmers.it) seven study days before the meeting at the very latest on April 24th. If you want help with wording or just have any questions, feel free to contact styrIT at styrit@chalmers.it or write in #motioner on Slack.
Don't hesitate to contact styrIT or MötespresidIT if you have any questions or if something is unclear.
Welcome!

See Swedish version for documents.
Will update once I have stable internet.
If you're dissappointed in there being no English version published right now, please send me a message on Slack.
