We're looking for participants to take part in a workshop blending TTRPGs and the design of new technology. The workshop will involve designing a fun TTRPG system which tells us how we might interact with and experience novel technologies in the home and beyond, and playing it, too!
By gamifying the UX process for new technology, we can design for potential use and misuse cases, and explore what life might be like in the future, ever-connected home.
This would especially suit people who already play social games, but everyone is welcome!
The session will take place on Tuesday May 7th in Piazza between 1-4pm (with breaks!).
Drinks and snacks will be provided.
To sign up please fill out the form (name and email address):

Do you think the student union is perfect? No?
The candidature for the Student Union Council (often called FuM, short for Fullmäktige) is in full swing. The council is the highest governing body within Chalmers student union consisting of 35 democratically elected members.

The three divisions which present the most candidates will be rewarded with great amounts of candy.
And if all divisions present at least one candidate, we will reward the entire union with free cake.
To canidate go to fumval.se

styrIT Arranges Exclusive Student Barometer swedish fika - A Tasty Fusion of Knowledge and Sweetness
styrIT, the distinguished board of the IT division, is pleased to announce the upcoming event "Student Barometer fika". This unique and engaging event is designed to create a relaxed and rewarding atmosphere where students can reflect on their year at Chalmers while enjoying a delicious dose of sweetness.
##Why participate?
styrIT understands that students sometimes need a break to reflect on their study life. Student Barometer swedish fika offers a perfect opportunity to do so while enjoying a well-deserved sweet treat.
##Why does coffee increase one's ability to answer surveys?
Probably because they already have a sweet tooth and absolutely love coffee! Just as students enjoy a good bite of “chocolaty vacuum cleaner”, it seems they've also developed an appetite for putting their thoughts down and answering surveys. A perfect combination of sweet and wise - just like our upcoming student barometer coffee!
Where? The hub 2.2
When? Thursday 8/2 12:00

What has it been like to study at Chalmers in 2023?
The Student Barometer is out now – from 16 January to 9 February.
Keep an eye on your email for your personal link, you will also receive reminders via text
message and here on canvas during the period.
The Student Barometer gives you as a student the opportunity to tell us what is good and what
areas need to be improved on the programme. The results are used by us in the improvement of
the organizational and social work environment, to promote equal treatment and prevent
discrimination.
So take the opportunity to tell us what it was like to be a student at the Software Engineering Student Division 2023

Now is the time to apply for a student member at Chalmers Student Bostäder!
Are you committed and looking for new challenges? Do you want to learn more about what board work entails and how the corps' company works?
All of the corps' company boards include both students and representatives from the business world. As a student, you are a representative of all members of the union and get the opportunity to influence and express ideas and opinions.
Chalmers Student Housing offers a varied range of student apartments close to the center and the universities. Chalmers Studentbostäder is run as a foundation and is not profit-oriented to the same extent as a business company. Read more at http://www.chalmersstudentbostader.se/
You must be committed and be interested in learning more about board work! It is also important to have the opportunity to sit on the board for a three-year term, this is for the continuity of the board so that you can best represent the members of the corps. The assignment spans three years, of which the last two are as a board member and the first as a deputy.
As a student member, you will meet all student representatives in all the union's companies. It is an opportunity to work together to better represent the members and to get help and support in the work of the board. Your commitment is an important part of your future contact network!
Read more about the corps' companies and what it means to be involved on the corps' website https://chalmersstudentkar.se/how-our-companies-work/
There are also vacant positions in two other company boards, these are Chalmers student union recruitment and Gothenburg students' business group (GSF). As a student member of the boards of these companies, you sit for a two-year mandate.
Chalmers recruitment is the student union's own recruitment company and works to increase contact between students and companies. Here we are looking for two student members.
GSF is a parent company to the physics that mainly works with managing its properties on Gibraltargatan. We are looking for a member for GSF, you can read more about GSF here
